So my site is finally up enough that I feel comfortable with others viewing it even though I still have a lot I want to edit and more pictures I want to put in.
I am hoping today is nice enough outside for some more pictures. I have way less mice than I did before I got sick so my angora examples are limited and hard to see on some of the darker mice...but I'll give it a shot :)
I really want to show off Elf and Muppet (blue and chocolate/pied angoras) as well as some youngster up and coming angoras. Like I said in my about part, I didn't even know angora mice even existed until I produced some haha!
I also think I want a page on the site just a cute little blurb about the permanent resident animals here...even the wild Mockingbird that I named George who has clearly lived on this property well before we moved here. You cannot go outside without him swooping down near by and or singing you the song of his kind. Luckily, they have been known to live several years in the wild so I hope I still have several with him....I've grown fond of my faux cardinal, faux hawk, faux car alarm...faux whatever else he decides to mimick.
Ironically, his mate leaves for the winter. Like, she goes on vacation, and he stays on our property through the whole winter standing guard. His gal is back now and it looks like they have decided to nest in the same bush they did last year. :)
My baby goat is offically named Socks...his dad was Bootstraps (Boots for short) and mamas name is Vanilly. Since he looks a lot like his mama just in baby male form, I decided needed a name that correlated to his dad....so! Socks it is lol!
We got a free Polish chicken chick about week before I got crazy sick (I'm fine now but two weeks of being so sick messed up a lot of things) so I barely have any baby pics of him but that crazy little bird is the sweetest, most comical chicken I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. His top hat of feathers isnt fully in yet so atm he looks kind of like how cartoons used to describe French male artists with that bonnet looking black hat lol! His is tan, white and brown mostly but still. :)
Welp! I am rambling but I am so stoked I finally got around to semi finishing my website woohoo! I considered paying for the site but for now, I am content with wix as is :)
