At least around my area, no one seems interested in the manx mice. Their tail length varies and can have kinks and knot looking areas in the tail. some manx are only missing the tips of their tails others can be missing the tail entirely however I don't keep or breed mice without a tail as that can lead to other skeletal issues. I am not sure why people tend to not be interested in them but I think they are cute and they kind of remind me of hamsters especially my sooty recessive yellows in angora.
